Website and Asset Development
In terms of building the actual website, I of course initially started by planning the ux design of all the separate pages. I did this traditionally in a sketchbook and you can see so in figures 1 through to 4 which display the different pages and layouts I will use and where everything will be placed. When building the website, I started off by creating all of the assets separately. I did this with a variety of different software such … Continue reading “Website and Asset Development”
Tattoo Designs and Portfolios
A key part of this project is creating the fictional artists and their portfolios. I chose to use my research from the previous assignment (and my personal interest) to create three different artists that each focus on a different style of tattooing. I started by making a name and identity for the studio which I decided would be ‘Cherry’s’ as if the owner and head artist’s … Continue reading “The Website and the Brand”
Introduction
In this development log I will discuss and log my process of creating the main practical element of my Major project. In this project I will create a tattoo studio brand displayed in the form of a website made using ‘Elementor’. Alongside this, there will also be separate portfolios for 3 or 4 different fictional artists. I will be using my research from the previous assignment to create varying styles and portfolios for each artist. This project does stray a … Continue reading “Introduction”
